X. The population in this research is all non-management </em><br><em>employees in the PT office. X as many as 92 employees. This research uses a non-probability sampling method </em><br><em>with a saturated sampling technique. Data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires to respondents. </em><br><em>The data analysis method in this research is using multiple linear regression. Before testing the hypothesis, the </em><br><em>data was analyzed using research instrument testing, classical assumption testing and model testing. This research used descriptive and causality research design, using 5-point Likert scale to measure variables. This research applied non-probability sampling and purposive sampling on 245 respondents and used Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with WarpPLS 7.0 as its analytics tool.The result of this research indicates that hedonic motivation, access to online information, and online trust give positive and significant impacts towards online purchase intention. The data analysis was done quantitatively and used a causal research design. The sampling method used in this study is to use Non-Probability Sampling with purposive sampling technique. All sample data obtained by distributing questionnaires totaled 146 respondents and will be processed using SPSS 25 software. The data analysis technique used in this study is multiple linear regression. KMB is a company that cultivates oil palm plants and processes them into CPO. PT. KMB follows </em><br><em>government regulations, but in reality, it does not comply with government regulations regarding overtime hours. </em><br><em>Happy Prosperous Works. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of work conflict on employee work </em><br><em>stress at PT. KMB, the influence of leadership on employee work stress at PT. KMB, and knowing the effect of the </em><br><em>work environment on employee work stress at PT. KMB. The research design used in this study is a descriptive </em><br><em>research design and causality research. The result of the research is that there is an influence between work conflict </em><br><em>and work stress at PT. KMB. This can be seen from the t-value of 2,458 &gt; t-table of 1.976 and the sig value of </em><br><em>0.015 &lt; 0.05. Then there is no influence between leadership and work stress at PT. KMB. This can be seen from </em><br><em>the t-value of 1,863 &lt; t-table of 1.976 and the sig value of 0.064 &gt; 0.05. Data for this study came from 42 food and beverage companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange that&nbsp; published their annual financial reports. The total sample for this study was 90, drawn from 10 companies over a period of 9 years. Secondary data was collected from the Indonesian Stock Exchange website with multiple regression analysis using Eviews 12. The results of the research showed that return on equity, total asset turnover, and firm size have an impact on firm value. In addition, this study also </em><br><em>examines and analyzes the effect of Perceived Enjoyment, Perceived Ease of Use, Satisfaction, Trust on </em><br><em>Repurchase Intention on Lazada users in DKI Jakarta. The research design used is descriptive and </em><br><em>causality research using a Likert scale and using five measurement points. The sampling technique that </em><br><em>will be used in this research is to use a purposive sampling method with primary and secondary data. The </em><br><em>sample used was 110 Lazada user respondents, the data was processed using the Multiple Linear </em><br><em>Regression method with the SPSS program as a test tool. The sample consists of 15 companies in the food and beverage sector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange over a period of 7 years, from 2016 to 2022. Sampling was conducted using purposive sampling method, utilizing annual financial data of the companies as secondary data. Analysis was performed using EViews 12 software to obtain descriptive statistics and hypothesis testing, with multiple regression analysis as the chosen hypothesis testing method. The research findings indicate that firm size, growth, liquidity, and leverage have an impact on profitability. The independent variables used in this research are managerial ownership, institutional ownership, firm size, </em><br><em>leverage, profitability, sales growth, board size, and free cash flow. The population of this research are consumer </em><br><em>non-cyclicals and consumer cyclicals companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) with a research period </em><br><em>of 2020-2022. The sample used in this research amounted to 66 companies with 198 data obtained from data </em><br><em>collection techniques in the form of purposive sampling. The hypothesis testing method used in this research is </em><br><em>multiple regression method. The result of this research found that profitability has a positive effect on earnings </em><br><em>management. In contrast, institutional ownership and free cash flow have negative effects on earnings management. </em><br><em>On the other hand, managerial ownership, firm size, leverage, sales growth, and board size have no effect on </em><br><em>earnings management. A company who has higher profits will attract investors because the company will have a </em><br><em>higher rate of return. This motivates management to perform earnings management. Companies with a higher </em><br><em>percentage of institutional ownership and amount of free cash flow might substantially reduce their earnings </em><br><em>management. Having more institutional ownership would reduce the discretionary accounting accrual activities and </em><br><em>a higher amount of free cash flow shows that a company has enough money to meet its financial and operational </em><br><em>needs. </em></p> <p>&nbsp;</p> MICHELLE VALESKA RICKY A.
