Jurnal Abdimas Sosial, Ekonomi, dan Teknologi https://jurnaltsm.id/index.php/aset <p>Jurnal Abdimas Sosial, Ekonomi, dan Teknologi (ASET) with ISSN number (online <a href="https://issn.brin.go.id/terbit/detail/20220912261463539" target="_blank" rel="noopener">2962-9829</a>) is a scientific multidisciplinary journal published by the Center for Research and Community Service Trisakti School of Economics, Jakarta, and cooperate with Ikatan Akuntan Indonesia Kompartemen Akuntan Pendidik (<a href="https://drive.google.com/file/d/1AUb3b9jmScF6ybvTZYb4zViAF3So0_Wq/view?usp=sharing" target="_blank" rel="noopener">IAI KAPd</a>). ASET is a national standard journal that has a main focus on the development of science in the field of business and community service. The scope of community service includes training, marketing, local food safety, Appropriate Technology (TTG), design, community empowerment, social access, border areas, less developed areas, and education for sustainable development. Community service includes various activities for handling and managing various potentials, obstacles, challenges, and problems that exist in the community. The implementation of service activities also involves the participation of the community and partners. The service activities are arranged in an activity that aims to improve the welfare of the community. The purpose of publishing ASET is to disseminate conceptual thoughts or ideas that have been achieved in the field of community service. Educourse.id functions as a subsidiary of PT Maleo Edukasi Teknologi, established on June 1st, 2020, with a vision to become the foremost STEAM-based educational learning platform preparing future skills aligned with Indonesia's Industry 4.0. To fulfill their tax obligations, MSME taxpayers need to understand the principles of recording and bookkeeping, as these form the basis for calculating income tax liabilities. Trisakti School of Management's Center for Community Research and Development (P3M) collaborates with the Jakarta Grogol Petamburan Tax Office to provide guidance on how to maintain proper bookkeeping and recording for MSME taxpayers. This training event is conducted in partnership with the Kantor Kecamatan Grogol Petamburan, Jackpreneur, and Baqoel. The objective of this community service activity is to provide an understanding of how to maintain proper recording and bookkeeping for MSME taxpayers and how to calculate taxes using these records and books. The training method involves delivering materials through lectures, providing examples of recording and bookkeeping cases, and conducting tax calculations using the recorded data. The expected outcomes of this training are that participants will grasp their obligations when they possess a Tax Identification Number (NPWP) and will register their businesses to obtain an NPWP for those who do not have one. This Independent Internship Program was implemented at PT Victory International Futures. PT Victory International Futures is a company engaged in financial services and trading. This Independent Internship aims to prepare students to enter the world of work and improve their competencies and abilities. In this report, the entire internship program will be explained as a Recruitment Officer Intern, as well as explaining the relationship between recruitment and employee retention in the company. The duties of the Recruitment Officer Intern at PT Victory International Futures are to create job postings and screen CVs, and conduct screening interviews with candidates. This Independent Internship Program was carried out for 3 months. However, there was limited and less complex access in the company. The community service program conducted by STIE Trisakti aimed to improve the accuracy of the company's financial data, which faced issues of inaccuracy. Through the methods of risk analysis, fishbone diagram, SMART, and PDCA, STIE Trisakti successfully identified the root causes and proposed relevant solutions. The Foundation has several community activity programs such as scholarship programs, batik learning houses, learning house programs for underprivileged community groups, etc. Community Service Activities carried out by STIE Trisakti at The Foundation aim to help organizations improve the accuracy and completeness of data on the HRIS (Human Resource Information System) used by The Foundation so that the process of managing Human Resource (HR) management activities becomes more efficient and appropriate. The STIE Trisakti Community Service Team together with The Foundation team carry out activities to apply management science, especially human resource management, to optimize the use of HRIS as a solution for managing organizational HR by updating employee data through the process of collecting the latest employee data and filling out employee data update forms continuously. The use of HRIS in routine activities is the responsibility of the HC administration unit so that the available data is accurate and can minimize errors that generally occur in the process of organizational HR management activities.
