This study examines the effect of leverage, liquidity, profitability, firm size, and intellectual capital on firm value, with the Price Earnings Ratio (PER) used as a proxy. The research focuses on property and real estate companies listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange during the 2019–2024 period. Using purposive sampling, 96 observations from 16 companies were obtained and analyzed through panel data regression with the common effect model using EViews 12. The findings indicate that leverage, firm size, and intellectual capital have a significant influence on firm value, while liquidity and profitability do not. This study is limited to the property and real estate sector within the specified observation period.
